Been coming here for 10 yrs. Always stick with a specific stylist until they move on. Checked in online. Got text at 1:04 ready in 10 min. Checked in at 1:19. Was “on deck” for 30 min. Never greeted, or otherwise acknowledged. Listened to 2 ladies behind complaining about long wait times. Left shop, moving on...
