Just awful... My wife brought our 12 year old in for a haircut. He had been growing his hair out for approximately 1 year. She even brought PICTURE. Needless to say it should be called HACKCLIPS because that is what happened. An inexperienced hair syslist took the majority of hair off his head. It looks awful, The manager had to try and fix it the cut. Then, they comped it because it was so bad. I feel awful for my son who was literally crying about this experience. We will never go back and, I am telling all of our friends and associates it is not worth the convenience of an online check in, etc. Go to a real salon/ hair sytlist for a haircut. It really does not cost much my opinion, your brand is on par with "Great Clips" the sports experience is a gimmick. Albeit, you guys charge a few bucks more. Needless, to say we are done with your franchise and the lack of experienced stylists. Just and awful experience coupled with awful stylists. I called to speak with the manager after my son got ho me because I was literally shocked. I think it may have been the assistant manager I spoke with and she said to me, "What do you want me to do put the hair back on?" Really? How about just do a good job lady? In fairness, your brand is not good and the product/ service is only as good as its people. Just another crappy haircut place. IMO.
